Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, monitoring agreement, request for sales information, or consent to marketing does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor is RealVelto Security Solutions, Inc, 5900 Balcones Dr, Suite 330064, Austin, TX 78731 (“Sponsor”). Contact: hello@realvelto.com or 866-VELT911.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individual Texas residents over age 18 at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. The potential winner must confirm age and Texas residency before receiving the prize. Entries must be submitted by the individual entering; automated, bulk, false, or fraudulent entries are not eligible.

3. Entry period

Online entries open when this promotion is published on October 30, 2026 and close at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026. All paper entries must also be received by that deadline. Sponsor’s server clock is the official clock for online entries. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.

4. How to enter — no purchase required

Complete the entry form at realvelto.com/trunk_treat/, providing your name, email address, cell phone number, and ZIP code. Select one interest option and one text-message preference, confirm your eligibility and agreement to these rules, and submit the form before the deadline. Selecting “Prize entry only” and “No, I do not want to receive any text messages” is a valid free entry.

You may also complete the printed RealVelto giveaway form and hand it to the RealVelto team at the Trunk or Treat event before the deadline. No purchase, appointment, sales consultation, social-media action, phone call, or agreement to receive marketing is required. All eligible paper and online entries are included in the same drawing and have the same chance of winning.

5. Entry limit

Limit one entry per person across all entry methods. Choosing more than one offer, making a purchase, submitting additional forms, or using different email addresses does not provide additional chances. Duplicate entries will be treated as one entry. Online submissions using the same email address are blocked after the first accepted entry. Sponsor may verify entries and remove ineligible or fraudulent entries before the drawing.

6. Prize and odds

One winner will receive one home theater package pictured in this promotion, including the screen, projector with stand, soundbar, and carrying case. The approximate retail value of the complete prize is $150.00. One prize will be awarded. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize. No purchase or payment to Sponsor is required to claim the prize.

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Offer selection, purchase activity, and communication preferences do not affect the drawing.

7. Winner selection and notification

Sponsor will conduct the random drawing and contact the potential winner at the email address supplied with the entry on Monday, November 2, 2026. Check your inbox and spam folder. The potential winner must reply within seven calendar days of the notification and confirm eligibility. If the selected entrant is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be contacted, or does not respond within that period, an alternate winner may be drawn randomly from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor will arrange prize delivery or pickup directly with the confirmed winner. Sponsor will not require a purchase, claim fee, payment by gift card, or payment by wire transfer. Questions about the outcome may be sent to hello@realvelto.com after November 2, 2026.

8. Separate promotional offers

The product offers are separate from the free prize drawing. Selecting an offer on the form requests information and does not complete a purchase or start service.

• Free alarm kit: requires a paid 1-year monitoring agreement.
• Free theater package offer: requires purchase of a $149 alarm kit and a paid 1-year monitoring agreement.
• Free Eufy doorbell offer: requires purchase of a $149 alarm kit and a paid 1-year monitoring agreement.

Monitoring is $31.99 per month or $383.88 annually. Equipment, installation details, availability, and the applicable service agreement will be reviewed with you before any purchase. The closing time above applies to giveaway entries; it does not by itself establish additional purchase terms. Buying an offer is not necessary to enter or win and does not improve the odds.

9. Privacy and communication preferences

Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the winner. If you request information about an offer, Sponsor may use your details to respond to that request. Text-message permissions are recorded separately according to your selection. Choosing no text messages does not affect entry or chances of winning. You can enter without agreeing to promotional calls or texts.

See the Messaging Privacy Policy and the disclosure on the entry form for text-message terms, opt-out instructions, and contact information. Winner notification by email is an administrative communication about this drawing.

10. Administration

Sponsor may reject entries that do not meet these rules or that involve tampering, impersonation, or automated submissions. If a technical issue affects your entry, contact Sponsor before the deadline or use the paper entry method at the event. A submission is accepted online when the confirmation page is displayed. Keep a copy of your confirmation for your records.

If an event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control makes the drawing impossible to conduct as described, Sponsor will post any necessary update on this rules page and seek to preserve equal treatment of all eligible entries. These rules do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
